Default Laughing MooMoo...

So one thing I have really missed on this diet is CHEESE! There arent very many choices out there for us.

I am thinking about buying the Laughing Cow cheese tonight when I go grocery shopping but I am not really sure what to look for...

Could I get some suggestions along with exchanges?

Kim - make sure you get the light wedges which have less fat and are only 35 calories per wedge. 1 wedge has only 2 grams of fat and weighs 21 g (.75 ounces according to a website I had to google)
According to my old Gold Plan book, you can have 2 oz of this cheese and it will equal 1 dairy serving. So two wedges = 1 dairy.....

Mini Babybel's (also made my laughing cow) have 3g of fat and 50 calories, so that would also count as 1 dairy serving. Each babybel wheel weights in at 21 g (again, .75 ounce) Babybel's have twice the protein as the wedges.

You may want to pose this info to the LAWL/Pure expert person in the other threads to be sure. I'm sort of guessing here.
