Default veggie venture

Just stumbled across a good cooking blog focusing on veggies. It has recipes, tips on preparation, and nutritional info.

Thanks for the link! Bookmarked. I think I'll make the feta-stuffed zucchini tomorrow.

Thanks for bumping this, I forgot all about it!

Today I almost left my groceries at the store after paying, so forgetting's par for the course.

Today, I put the following in my crockpot:
cauliflower
carrots
large onion
green beans
kidney beans
1 can of tomato paste/thinned with hot water
fresh garlic
fresh ginger
tumeric
cumin
cayenne pepper

I also put some wild rice in the steamer and had the veggies over it. mmmm!!

Thumbs up Boston Vegetarian Food Festival

Ann - Thanks for the veggieventure link. Nice site.

By the by, for vegetarians and vegetarian curious folks who live near the Boston area, this Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 10-6 is the annual Boston Vegetarian Food Festival. It's amazing, free, and more good food samples than a healthy dieting person should see in a week. I love it.
