I finally achieved my
ultimate mini goal - to make it below 200! Today I weighed in at 199! I had to check the scale a couple of times before I believed it, I must have stepped on and off that scale 3 or 4 times resetting it at 0 each time just to be 100% positive and sure enough, I
AM below 200!
For the record, I haven't weighed below 200 lbs. in 9 years, yes almost a decade. It's a little depressing to think of it that way and realize that I've been over 200 lbs. for so damn long but that's okay, the point is I'm losing weight and getting healthier
now! I feel like I've passed a huge milestone, and it's awesome and it makes me want to eat a healthy breakfast and go work out this morning!
ONEderland feels just as good as I thought it would!
