Default Abs Diet?

Anyone ever try this? I've been looking it up online, and from the main website (that is designed to get you to sign up for their online program) some of the rules seem confusing - the same food is listed as eat occasionally, eat rarely, power 12?
And why INSTANT oatmeal? Old fashioned oats aren't THAT hard to cook, and I would think they would be better for you?

If you want to do the Abs diet, the first thing I recommend that you do, is buy and read the book from start to finish. You are only going to get bits of information from forums, the website, and magazine articles about it-and that is why you are confused about what information to follow.

The book should explain and answer 99% of the questions that you may have. Good luck!
