I've been eating really well and working hard for about 2 1/2 weeks now. Measured myself today and I've GAINED about 5 inches What's going on?! I did lose 5 lbs last week but this week I haven't lost anything, just gained in inches.
The gain could be muscles - which is a good thing! (they burn more calories than fat) This is probably it if you incorporated weights into your workout routine.
