Hi Chicks,
I wanted to let you know I have been here but not posting because I have been incredibly busy at work for the past month since school started. I think I am finally getting my head above water and can see a light at the end of the tunnel. One of my best friends had dropped her gym membership and she was a big motivator for me but she called me the other day and told me that she rejoined. We are getting back there on Tuesday together. I am going to make a point of getting there three times a week.
Tomorrow I will go alone to the gym and either swim or walk or something. If it is nice I will walk the river.
Chicks.......being away from it for this long I can feel the old aches and pains coming back to me.
I am still at 250 as of this morning. I have stopped weighing everyday. I have relaxed and made sure I eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. Dinners can be susupect as I do a grab and go thing.......I am happy I have not gained in the month.
