Most folks feel a bit wonky, headachy, and fatigued the first 3- 7 days, and opt to not exercise, while others opt to lessen the intensity. Eating more legumes and get all the dairy in for added protein will help you with your energy level and lessen the symptoms abit. Stay the Course though, you will feel better for it, and will get your energy level back..promise! :grin: and of course come here to get all the support you need
