I need something to motivate me to exercise. I should count the swimming I did last week. But to me that wasn't exercise as I wasn't really in the water much (moving). And lugging the containers of beef yesterday didn't last long enough to seem to "count" even though my muscles are protesting today
But I'll try and figure out something that's going to light a fire under my butt to get it moving. I'll try and exercise so I can start posting here
