Default Recipe for "Biggest Loser" diet Blueberry Bran Muffins

Hi all. New here and looking for a great recipe. I did the biggest loser diet for a bit a while back and they had a great recipe for blueberry bran muffins with tons of fiber. I've really committed to WW now and am doing well. But I want that recipe. Anybody a member of that site still who would be willing to post or email it to me? [email protected]
I'd appreciate it!

I did a google search -is this by any chance it?

Blueberry Bran muffins - 400 degrees @ 12 min or so

1-1/2 cups unprocessed wheat bran or oat bran
1 C whole wheat flour
2 T ground flaxseed
1-1/4 t baking soda
1 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t salt
3/4 C 1% milk or unflavored soymilk
1/3 C honey
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg
2 T olive oil
1 t vanilla extract
1 C fresh blueberries or other berries
directions:
In medium bowl, combine bran, flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. set aside. In other bowl or blender, combine the milk, honey, banana, egg, olive oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Make well in dry ingredients and pour in 1/3 of liquid mixture. using spoon, stir until smooth. add remaining liquid and stir just until combined. add blueberries and stir again but don't over mix.

fill 12 count cupcakes with batter. You can freeze up to 3 months. once cooled if you freeze them, wrap cooled muffins tightly in plastic wrap and place in freezer bag.
nutrtion facts:

(I buy frozen blueberries from costco and microwave them to thaw and drain juice. ) again, I try to make these on sunday.
Also, I try to make sure there is cut up grapefruit to grab for mid a.m. or p.m. snack and I have cut up celery w/ creamcheese or peanut butter; both are easy to grab. good luck. (those recipes and ideas were from the Biggest Loser website)

Talking That's it! Thank you

Thank you so much. I Yahoo-ed it and had no luck.

These are really good, by the way. I highly recommend them. I'm going to go figure out the WW points but with all that bran flour I'm sure they're ok.

I bought the flax and bran when I was doing this diet and it's sitting in my fridge going to waste. Now I can make a bunch of these and freeze them.
