Hi everyone. I hope everyone is in the best of spirits and staying on top of their plan I am not totally new to the lc woe...I've tried Atkins before and fell of the wagon A few weeks ago, I decided to give slim-fast a try and I was good for a few days, but for some reason, I stayed hungry and allowing myself a few sweets made me crave them more and I couldn't handle it!!! Watching my carbs seems to be the only thing that works for me and keeps me feeling satisfied and I'm definitely sticking to it this time. I'm not on any particular plan, but I do try to keep my carbs around 40 or maybe less per day.
