Newbie to the LAWL forum!
Aloha Everyone,
I have just had my free consultation today at an LAWL center location here where I am located. And I am officially a LAWL member. I am starting tomorrow my LA Express 2 Day thingy. It sounds challenging but I know I can do it. I am glad that I have found this forum, because I believe we can help one another learn from each other's experiences. It is also to meet and make new friends. I hope to have a great experience here and I hope I can get a few answers when I come across them.
My weight goal is to lose 25 pounds in 13 weeks, thats what the LAWL consultant said is in the contract. So here I go! I have been on a lot of diets and they never worked. My major problem is portion control. My step-sister referred me to LAWL she is a success story, she lost 32 pounds in 4 months.
I had my doubts about joining because of the price, but the value is in the outcome of the results. Well this was long enough and it was nice to meet you. I was wondering if anybody had any advise you could give a newbie and if working out 4 times and week on the treadmill for about 15-20 minutes for now and situps about 200 daily is too much.
