OH PAT YOU FORGOT THE EXERCISE PART!!!!! just a gentle reminder
I know that this is satrting tomorow but thought that i would gat a start on this today.
I am doing goo d for today and the exercise part is really comming togheter for me. i als am eating good
b-salad with hard boiled eggs(2)
l-egg salad 3 and some 4 bean salad
d-steak (my last splurge from a few weeks ago) and some vegies
water
I will have to do some pretty hard drinking to catch up atleast 50 more oz today!!!
