gas SUCKS!

Do you drink soda/diet soda? Coffee? A lot of cold beverages? Do you chew your food well?

I know when I don't eat for a long period of time I get gas buildup, nothing in the stomach so its starts to brew. How about eating a few pretzles about an hour before you get home, it might settle the stomach.

I drink a diet coke when i get into work and then just tea through out the day. I have some fruit through the day and not much of a lunch to be honest. I think i'll try to drink more water and see if that helps. thanks guys!
