Patterns
When you do X - does Y then follow?
Today I ate no
fruits or veggies. On a day when I have no fruits or veggies (X) then I always go over my calories (Y).
On days when I get atleast 5 fruits and veggies (X) then my day is easy (Y)
Do you have any patterns?

Yeah, Dana, I do. When I eat unhealthy things, I gain weight, and when I eat on-plan foods that are good for me, I lose weight.
That's the pattern I see. Pretty damned simple. Not EASY, but simple!

On days that I don't exercise (X) I look in the mirror and see a really fat girl (Y).
On days that I do exercise (X) I look in the mirror and see a strong, fit, thin(ish) woman.
I am always amazed at what even a short break from exercising can do to my overall body image.

Apryl, mine is similar to yours.
When I exercise in the morning (X), I feel better and more on task all day(Y). Nothing fundamentally profound but it works for me.

For me it's water (X). If I don't drink my usual amount of water, I'm more likely to eat off plan (Y).

here is another one: if I eat a healthy / caloriewise breakfast (x), my chances of staying op for the rest of the day are much much better! (y)

I agree with most of these -
If I eat porridge oats for breakfast, I am more likely to stay OP all day.
If I don't exercise, I often don't get in all my water.
If I don't exercise for more than 2 days in a row, my mood will drop, as well as all my saggy bits!
Love Amanda x

If I don't eat healthy, high fiber food late in the afternoon, I end up taking a nap when I get home! I prefer to have more energy!
