Default I did it 100 pounds gone!
Hello Ladies.... Well it is offical-- One year ago today I started living a healthy life. Eating better with a goal to make myself healty. Now I am so happy to say that exactly one year later on the nose I am 100 pounds lighter. So now to reach my first main goal I still have 100 pounds to go! I like the ideal for having to shed only a extra 100 pounds. Sounds silly doesn't it but when I first started the very ideal of me having to shed 200 pounds made me so sad. Now today I am not sad but confident that I will reach my main goal! I am so happy for me I am going to keep dancing and dancing my way to a healthy life

That is absolutely amazing! It must feel incredible! What a wonderful accomplishment for yourself and your body!!

Are you going to celebrate??

I hope to be here in another year, and then after that too, and we will see our weights go down even more and see ourselves at our goal weights!

Congratulations! You're such an inspiration! I started with a goal of losing 110 pounds, and that sounded so insurmountable to me. Knowing that you had more to lose and you stuck with it and didn't let that number get you down, and you're still going strong, just makes me feel like I'm on the right track! So...thank you for inspiring me this morning!! You should be sooooo proud of yourself for what you've accomplished!!!
