Thanks for posting that. I've long been a dancer, and my preferred class was ballet which I studied for many years - I've done it think and I've done it when I was quite heavy (not as easily), but was still able to benefit from being strong and fit. Went to law school a few years ago, so I replaced night time ballet classes with law school classes, and got out of shape. Now that I am older, and my knees are bad, ballet is too tough BUT I've tried ballroom dancing. Everyone can dance.... no matter their size.
