    Welcome!!! Are you English??? I only ask because of Rosemary Conley! I don't do her program but I eat her mousse and dance to her salsa dvd!!! There is an English support thread called UK Fat Chicks if you wanna visit and get to know some people locally!!! ANd we have a cool recipe thread too!

    I'm going to have to look up Rosemary Conley on the internet to see what she's all about. If you want a weight tracker, click on User CP at the top of the page, then click on "edit signature" on the left side, and follow the directions for the weight tracker. There are a lot of fun ones available.

    It's a good programme, she is really into low fat, and she incorporates exercise into her classes, it's similar to weight watchers in the meeting style, but with an exercise class.

    She is quite an inspiration, she developed her program I think about 30 years ago when her doctor told her she needed gallbladder surgery, and she managed to diet her way out of trouble, and never needed the surgery.

    Thank you, i have made a tracker ( I think) so am posting to try it out.

    This is my first week on the diet, its my first weigh-in tomorrow, I have been good, which we all are on our first week so i will find out if what i think is good really is.
