Hey everyone! My name is Sarah . I've been on WW since January but slipped for about a month. Now I'm back on track, hopefully to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm looking for support from anyone and I am willing to give support to...have very large and soft shoulders!

ok, now that I got myself glued back together here, I need to take this very seriously. I need help. Lots of help. I have a great TOPS support group but need more during the week. We are just in the process of getting a list of members together but I feel if I put asking for help off any longer, I will lose my momentum. Oh I lost .5 lb this week! Yay for me. Baby steps. Thanks in advance.
