You may also want to try eating protein for breakfast, or fat, instead of fruits and cereals/breads. Some folks don't tolerate carbs well on an empty stomach, and you can't get much emptier than when you just woke up.
I'll eat a small handful of walnuts or almonds before I head out to work, or a few spoonsful of cottage cheese. The fat or protein release into the body more slowly than sugars and starches do. YOu may need that slow release in the mornings. |
