I am slowly losing weight so I need to get my behind to the gym more than anything. I need to eat healthier and so I've decided to quit weight watchers and concentrate on going to the gym and the health issue. I feel like I'm throwing money away because I'm not doing it 100% but I am able to lose weight slowly and know it would be more substansial if I went to they gym.
I just bought a lot of clothes that are so cute and it was so fun and I enjoyed shopping again. So I know I am motivated and not quitting 'dieting' but really just shifting focus no so much on food but more on going to the gym and stuff.
My schedule has changed around so much that I just need to get through this two months of training at work. Being in a room training all day makes it easier to plan meals and stuff...anyway

And yes, shopping is FUN! Anyways, kudos to you. I know how you feel. I spent a lot of $ last time in a "program" and decided against ever going that route again. We "know" what we need to do - it's just a matter of doing it, and doing it each day. For each of us it can be a different method. I'm practicing "intuitive eating" this time around (I am counting calories) + working my butt off at the gym and it's working. GL with your decision!
