I have had weeks where I expected a gain, but loss 4 lbs, and I have had weeks where I was good, and lost very little or gained. You are also speeding up your metabolism by excercising an hour every day and playing rugby. You are going to lose faster because of that, that is a fact. You will eventually slow down. I
