Default Yoga Day USA 2006
Saturday January 28 is Yoga Day USA 2006. The spokesperson is Mariel Hemingway. It is an opportunity to participate in yoga for free. You can go to the website www.yogadayusa.org and see if they are offering any free classes in your area. I plan to take the "Yoga for the not so slender bender". Perfect for me because I definately need to work on my flexibility and have been slightly interested in yoga but never really pursued that interest.
