I joined this group this week and it has been so helpful. I am a night owl and if I'm up I want to eat. Finding this website and this group has kept me occupied and not wanting to eat late at night. I've never done anything like this before. I am such a closed individual, but I am excited with how much I believe this will help my journey. I've been down this weight loss road many times. I had lost about 120 pounds and have gained about half of it back. I look forward to logging on. Thanks.
I'm a night owl too! I used to eat like crazy after everyone else had gone to bed. The eating was partly due to being up and bored but, if the truth be known, also because nobody else was up to see me. 3fc has made a huge difference! I'm still a late night muncher but it is planned now and I am able to contorl myself since I am otherwise occupied. Watching TV is no good because it doesn't keep my hands busy. If I'm typing I can't very well be shoving food in my mouth.
