Hi everyone. I've been gone for awhile. Things have been crazy since I moved back home. Haha... I wonder if anyone even remembers me! At any rate, I'm starting back and kicking it up a notch with the healthy new life style after the new year. Different game plan. Don't try to lose a set amount of weight by the start of next year, just challenge myself to see how much I CAN lose by then. (Okay, yea, I still have the same goal of weighing 145-150 eventually but the time frame to reach it no longer exisits!) If I only lose 5 pounds this year (which I'll lose more than that), it's okay! As long as I am trying. I think a lot of us fail because we never really believe we can do it and we are afraid to change how we eat and live. I am trying to break that routine this new year in every aspect of my life... food, friends, family, work and just plain out LIVING! Wish me luck!
