Default OK - The Break is Over!

Hi All,
The break is over!!! My parents came to town at the beginning of the month and my sister arrived shortly after that. They've all gone home now and it's time to buckle down and get back at it!

While my parents were here, I didn't exercise at all and managed to maintain my weight for the week. I was pretty excited. My sister was here for almost 2 weeks and I didn't exercise at all, let me eating go completely and lost 2 pounds. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

Even though overall my weight went down, I feel like I went completely off track, but I'm back today starting fresh. Eating, water, exercise - totally on plan as of today.

I've been away from the board for a couple of weeks now and I'm a little overwhelmed by all the new messages. I've responded to a few of the newest but I want to say welcome to any newbies I might have missed and congratulate all those for sticking to their plans.

Back in full force now! Thanks for listening...

~Dee

Good luck getting back down to it - I had about three weeks of visitors a month or so back and know how hard it can be getting back into those good habits. And well done for losing on a break!

Good to see again Dee! I will use as inspiration as I have been coasting for the past few months and I need to buckle down as well.

Wow Dee. That's great that you were able to lose. Maybe you have been more active than you thought??

Good to see you're back and raring to go, Dee! It's too easy to get knocked out of kilter when visitors descend. Kudos to you for getting going again.
