does TOPS have scales to weigh on?

WW works for me I like the plan but its hard when everyone in the room only has 30-50 lbs to lose. Is TOPS for 'obese' woman?

Everyone in weight watchers gives advice like you can eat two pieces of bread for one. I'm still at 30 pts a day and I'm not struggling on the 'regular' food.

Thanks for any info- the money side sounds ALOT better.

I am going to check out my first TOPS meeting tonight and I'll report back about my experience. I imagine each TOPS meeting is unique and that the people there are as diverse as WW folk.
