Weekly Weigh-in: October 10th-16th

Good Morning everyone! I'm still a little out of it, I stayed up to watch my Yankees tie the Angels, now we just have win again tonight! :goodvibes

Back to weight loss, I'm down another pound this week! 45.8! I'm still trying to make onderland by the end of the year, only 15##s to go...

Have a great week everyone!

irishgreengables 10-10-2005 08:30 AM

Thanks for starting this Beth.

I am down 3.4 for a total loss of 22 lbs. The 3.4 this week is a result of having lost only .6 last week due to TOM.

Jen415 10-10-2005 08:53 AM

Hi! Down 2 lbs!

newfiedarling 10-10-2005 09:29 AM

Just posted but it didn't seem to take....

It's a holiday here for me so I just want to check in so I stay on track. I'm down 4 this week.

Great losses eveyone - keep at it!

I'm up a little, back at 325. :(

barbygirl43 10-10-2005 10:33 AM

Congrats all on the losses.
Sandi: I want to congratulate you on posting your gain. I know in the past you would keep quiet if it wasn't a loss and I think this is great that you are able to even admit your gain. Looks like you are making some changes. :)

I maintained this week. TOM hit and I had 4 days of bad eating so I'm not going to complain.

Between Thanksgiving and my son's birthday I'm amazed that I lost anything. I'm down 2 lbs. amazing.

Sandi - I'm with Dawnyal on saying well done on being able to post a gain. Its hard to do that, and easier to stay silent.....

irishgreengables 10-10-2005 06:11 PM

Sandi,

I can't speak on what your plan was last week and how you executed it, but I can maybe offer a bit of hope for your gain. If you have begun to exercise more or differently, you might have some water retenton in your muscles. Everytime I start a new exercise program or even just change up my program a bit, I find that my muscles react by retaining a few lbs. of water for a week or two. Your body might also be adjusting to a newer plan, testing you a bit to make sure this is for real. Don't get down on yourself. As Howie as so aptly shown us, weekly fluctuations are so minor when you look at the big picture.

Congratulations to all the losers! Beth....you're getting so close!

Good going all you losers and for those who gained or maintained just stick to the plan and you will get there.

Down 1 lb here. Suprised though, cuz even though I've been staying in my calorie range (sometimes lower *whoops*) I haven't been eating the best foods. I've been working these 9-12 hr shifts tryin to get this place ready for grand opening, which we finally had by the way, that I've been eating some fast food. I did splurge and get me one of those AWESOME salads from Quiznos *right next door to where I work* and still stayed under my limit.

Congrats to all the *losers*

A 2 pound gain for me this week.

DeterminedInGA 10-12-2005 08:04 AM

Sillystuff - good job, take those losses any way you can get them!

Joyce - Sorry about the gain. But like your signature says, "One step at a time"! You may have made a small step backward, but if you stick with it you'll be back to foward steps next week!

I lost 4.2 last week.

Jen415 10-12-2005 08:05 AM

Hang in there! Even if you gained, don't give up!!
