I'm up 2 lbs from 2 months ago. I went way off plan when I went to visit family, and just didn't get back on plan until a couple of days ago. My bg was obviously too high and I knew I had to get back on it. So I am back here for accountability. I know what I need to do, but logging in here helps me face myself.

1st week on weight watchers, down 5.4

Thanks for the encouragment everyone. My weight gain was my fault. I over did on football food ovwer the weekend and had chinese take out one night for dinner and had left overs the next day. I have been slacking on the walking too. Just an off week for me. I still am making healthier choices for myself than I use to.

Joyce, I really admire your honesty. I haven't been able to move much the last two weeks as I have an ingrown toenail, and had almost talked myself out of going for my weigh in, as I was sure I would be up. But I lost half a pound. Anyway your post has inspired me to get moving on this again. |

;) good afternoon all, I have lost 4lbs since the 5th. It is going slow but i want to lose it so i won't gain it back. I don't get much exercise with a bad back but i am trying. It is raining here in PA and i am feeling :( . I am going away for the weekend with hubby so hopefully it will get better. I got some low cal snacks to take and lots of fruit. have a great weekend. hugs liz

Lost another 1 lb this week. It's really slowed down for me but as long as it's going down I'm happy.

Here I am on Howie's coattails, as usual. :dizzy: We weigh-in so late in the week, we're always popping in at the end of the thread, LOL!
I'm down 2 pounds this week, to 206. It was teetering between 205-206, so I went with the higher number. |

Congrats everyone on the losses and forget about the slight gains! I'm down 1 pound this week and I'm actually pretty damn excited about it. Since I switched my weigh in day last week from Thursday to Sunday (and had a 4 pound loss in just that shortened week) I figured I would gain or maintain this week. I know my loss that week was a fluke.
I'm down to 379.6. I always love to go under one of those 10 pound increment levels. |
