3 Mile WATP ( ALL
I restarted the 3 mile WATP and went to .5 ( I wanted my workout to be 6 miles)
WATP - Walk and Jog. ( 2.5 Miles video)

Just bit about the Walk and Jog. I found I really like this and I believe as I get better I'll be able to make it harder. The basic ideal is you power walk for a few minutes then jog for 2 minutes. 30 minute video. I did break out in a good sweat I like that.

Didn't get in any exercise yesterday like I planned but I barely made it through 1 mile of WATP this morning. I made it through without giving up at .5 and that's a good thing. I'm going to aim for the 1 mile this week and work toward the 2 mile next week.

Hey Dawnyal, That sounds like a good plan. Glad to see you here.

I'm sore from walk & jog. I like that! I'm using diifferent muscles. YEAH! I do find that this DVD is a bit hard on my knees. I'm doing some things a bit different but still getting a great workout.

I got up at 5.30 this morning, to get to work for 7.30 and I went to the gym when I got there for some rapid cardio. Then I did weights tonight. My hours of work have changed so I have completely had to revamp my routine, so I have decided instead of one and a half hours of a morning, to do two sessions of 45 minutes, one in morning and one in evening.

GEEZ look at all those miles and hours of workouts we have done together! If was a more organized person and not so forgetful. I post them! Humm planting a seed will it grow??

Everyone is working so hard! I'm proud of you!

As for me well my son had a sleepover and there are still bodies laying here and there so I can't workout. Well I could it would be more of a step workout. Would hate to crush them... well there is one I might not be to upset about...hehe j/k. I'm going to a workout in tonight! HOLD ME TO IT!!!!
