Looking Good Now.
Women's Health usually has great articles on how to improve your work outs. This month they have an article about getting a good workout when you don't have alot of time; there are examples for a 1 minute, 10 minute, 20 minute, 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute workouts! Last month they had a great article about finding the perfect running shoe for your foot type. Have tasty, nutricious recipes too. Plus I love the fact that the models they have are very athletic and strong looking. Very cool.
Looking Good Now is my fav for inspirational before and after pictures and weight loss stories. Plus it's only $1.99 at Walmart. Good recipes too, his month they have some great low-fat recipes, including 2 for chocolate cake.
