Default Weekly Weigh-in July 25th - August 1st

Hello everyone, I thought I'd start off the thread for the week.

I'm down 2 Lbs this week!! I had been losing 1/week consistenly, so 2 is a really big deal for me. Almost into a new decade, it must be all that excercise!!

Have a great week everyone!

Good Morning Everyone! My weigh in is not until Thursday, so I have a few days to battle a Bar B Q I went to on the weekend. The hosts knew I was on a diet so everything was healthy, but still, I over indulged a little bit. One good thing is my family is very supportive of me. Anyway, five days to go until the long weekend and then vacation at the end of August. I hope to surpass a total loss of 25 lbs by the end of this week, looks good. Why is it that weekends are so hard some times.....

Good job everyone. I know what you mean about the weekends. Your schedule can be so different and when you get out of routine your more likely to drop your diet routine as well. That's a hard one to get over. Best thing to do is to plan out your weekend and stick to your plan.

WOW! So many losses!

I am down 2 this week -- very happy about this considering dh's company picnic (though I didn't eat much there and held out for good stuff later) and a broken foot -- meaning I can only ride bike for exercise.

I am down a pound ....wahoooooo. Yipee, yahoo and all that other crazy stuff. Hard to believe one little pound after all these weeks of maintaining could make one woman so very very happy...oh yeah, what's my mantra "I am far more than the numbers on a scale"...Well, not today. I am pleased about that scale moving down a notch.

Great week to all!
