shhh.. not the CRAPPY songs.. but like the one from the new Air Canada commercial.. I also downloaded country.. but I listen to every type of music.. depends on the day.. so you can't say I have bad taste in music! Which is my pet peve, because I listen to everything from britney spears :P to enya, to classic michael jackson, to classical.. :P

I went to the gym and did 60 minutes on the weights (shoulders) and then did 10 minutes on the elliptical. My knee was bothering me so doing the elliptical was hard for me, but I figured I could do at least 10 minutes.

Just 30 minutes on the elliptical today. I planned to do more but got tied up voting - lotsa people out at the polls today, which is a good thing!

Unfortunately my state will be in the wrong tonight, but at least I live in a cool, liberal city that has better sense.

vivian, I think we may be in the same state. Our two major cities tend to override the yellow dogs of the rural areas. :) Of course here, they elminitated the fill in the blank ballots years ago.
I got in 2 miles last night before cooking dinner and 1 mile this morning.
I'm going to try one more mile tonight before bed but we'll see. My brother's birthday party is tonight at mom's so I'm not sure what time we'll be home.

I did my mile of Leslie today. it was harder than ususal for some reason, but I kept plugging away.

Yes, I am worried about the election,.. I think my state will be in the wrong (again,..sigh)
It seems like I am in a very small minority around here.

I walked for an hour today...I want to find out the # of miles...I think I will drive it tonight and see.

As for the election...I am so out of touch with whats going on politically that I didnt even know it was today until my b/f told me. So as you can imagine Im not voting.
