If I were 6' 1" I would be in the "normal" category for BMI now.

But, I'm not that tall, and at medium-framed 5' 4" I'll reach that category at 145 pounds.
I chose my target largely because I want to know how it will be to weigh less than my hubby (and OCD dictates I shoot for a number that is a multiple of 13.

). It's still at the high end of the "normal" weight range for my height, and when I get there I'll re-evaluate how I feel, and adjust up or down accordingly.
I really couldn't give a monkey's what all the charts say I should weigh, and I can't remember what I weighed when I felt really great (I'm guessing around the 150 mark

), so I'm just experimenting really. I'll be 40 years old in a couple of months, so I'm allowed an extra few pounds leeway, right?
