OK...I have a confession. I havnt been on plan since Saturday morning. The weekend started ok, I went a little over on Friday night, but I used my flex points, so it was ok. But then on Saturday morning, I had 2 Grands biscuits and scrambled eggs(WITH CHEESE!)
I didnt stop there, I felt like I had already blown the day, so I might as well enjoy the rest of it. Well...long story short, here I am on Sunday night, praying that I havnt gained back the weight I lost last week. Weigh in is Monday AM, so Ill have to face it soon.
Now for the good part...I intend to start fresh in the morning regardless of what the scale says. I have set a goal of walking 12 miles this week, and to stay around 25 WW points, and I dont want to use my flex points either. I know that I can do that at least, and that if I do, Ill have good results! Wish me luck, as I wish it for all of you this week!!
