I did exercise last week, but was too lazy to post...guess everyone else was too !
Sunday:Leslie Sansone-Walk and Jog
Monday: Christi Taylor, Strength Balance and Flexibility video
Tuesday: Rest Day
Wednesday: charlene prickett-get the fat off cardio 30 minutes
, a few minutes of jane fonda step and stretch (slowly learning step aerobics)
Thursday: kathy smith latin workout (ugh, hated this one!) and a bit of Leslie Sansone's basic stepping (step aerobics)
Friday: Christi Taylor Totally Hot Cardio bonus warmup, first combination and cool down stretch (if you've tried her, you'll understand why learning her videos by section is best!-she's wonderful!
Saturday:
Let's move a lot this week!
