ok today is weigh day
so i'm just a tad worried i been training hard hoping to have dropped bodyfat% and fat weight. according to the stats i got 22.9% bodyfat last month the healthy range for my age is 14-20% so i'm not that over weight
but the BMI thing (totally uselss) says i'm on like 32. could be interesting today i got just under 2 hours so kill till the moment of truth
