Default yay results

well yesterday being the 25th. i did my 1 mile run to try and beat my previous best of 9.20 and i knocked 20seconds of it. so i'm down to a nice round 9mins. i'm so happy with this its great just came at the right time to keep me motivated till weightday on the 5th.

Great job Si! Keep it up - I can't even imagine doing a mile in that time (of course I shuffle around the track rather than run). You're not only motivating yourself, you're motivating all of us!!

Congrats, Si!! I think it's the achievements like this that are OH SO IMPORTANT. Much more "real" than a number on a scale. Setting goals for ourselves and reaching them is GREAT motivation. And you help motivate us all. Way to go!!!

be careful i got my best mile in the other day (13:38) and now i have a fractured elbow. GOOD JOB!

I haven't tried running....getting my large carcass to run 50 feet would be an accomplishment! I can walk all day, but running will have to wait for a while.
