In my previous thread, I stated some weight loss schemes that are working for me. I exercise at least 3 times a week, I eat before 6pm(if u must eat late then take fruits) and I learnt to serve my food in the smallest plate to reduce the portion of food I eat(also try drinking water before eating, it also helps in reducing the portion you eat).
Among all these, I wear my waist trainer for up to 5hrs, sometimes more, I don't wear it all days of the week, sometimes 3 days in a weekand trust me the difference is clear. I may still be big but my waist is leaner and I love the curves. You don't have to wear waist trainer only when going out, try wearing during weekends for some hours and watch as your curves become visible.
