Hi Everyone! I did not see a recent thread for these decades, so here we go.
I was on here a few years back and lost quite a bit of weight. My lowest was 218. Then I had some bumps in the road and eventually fell into complacency. I really hope we can all motivate, and support, each other and reach our goals!
Started this new journey at 320 and am currently at 313!
I've had too much salt the past two days, so I am trying to drink more water and walk a bit more at work. I have to be mindful to get up and move while at work.
I am still trucking along. Another week of stress, salt, and hormones. LOL
I started the week at 314.6, and then hovered around 315.4, and I am ending the work week at 314.0. I know I need to buckle down, but stress has been beating me down. Here is to another week and being stronger!
You got this!! A huge part of weight loss is mental stamina, and making the right day-to-day choices. The mere fact that you're working at is an achievement!! (<- That's something I have to regularly remind myself.)
I'll join you here. I was down to 208 10 years ago and ended up gaining it all back and then some after having foot surgery on both feet. I am now down 27.4 pounds from my all time high of 333. So I currently weigh in at 305.6. I joined WW a couple of weeks ago and have been doing great, but I am only doing the online and I need more support so I looked up weight loss support groups online and found this site.
Stress can be a killer, especially to weight loss. You can do this.
I'm down to 304.6. Never as low as I want it to be but I'll take it. Had a hard week last week just from being so busy. I'm determined to make this week better.
Sorry for MIA. Been busy at work with Open Enrollment and doctor's appointments. Needless to say I have been lax with my eating. I am still hovering around 312 though.
I hope this week started off well for you Rayeviking!
I joined 3FC back in 2009. I was pretty active on here (a lot of lurking) for a couple of years and lost over 100 lbs. I've gained back 150. Posting in these "get out of the ..." threads really helped me. This one is pretty old, but I guess I"ll try to bring it back. lol
