Getting out of the 200's this year!!
Hi,
I'm an old member coming back! I put my weight back on and I'm starting again! Anyone else ready to get down to ONEderland by the end of this year? What are you doing? And where are you starting at?
I'm doing portion control, eating as healthy as I feel I can stick to since I don't want to do a diet, just a lifestyle change. I'm also doing 30 day shred and Zumba since it has worked for me in the past! And lastly, I am currently 249! Share your stories, accomplishments and anything else you'd like to share. Let's stay motivated and watch one another get out of the 200's this year!
