Nici and lovetobe150, thank you!! I finally managed to buy a tape measure - surprisingly difficult to find one in my little town! - and my vital statistics are now 40 - 38.5 - 41. Still virtually spherical but when I started my bust and hips were 52, and my waist 49.5, so I'm improving!! Good grief! On those 3 measurements alone, I've lost almost a yard!!

Lots of changes the last two weeks. I joined a gym,started working with a trainer and started a weight lifting program. Excited to see results tommorow. Onderland is just around the corner.

Nici, I bought it at Trader Joe's it taste like ... idk, what it taste like. I think it was sprouted rye. IDK, I haven't gone back to get anymore It's just not something I want to eat every day so that's a great thing. I have also made oopsie bread that is good once you get use to it. Just time consuming to make but all protein so it works. I wish someone would sell it You've have to use it in 3 days though.

Ok weighin for me today. Only been at it again since Monday so not a full week's worth to report. I'm super sore from starting exercise back up so hopefully my muscles will let go of some water retention soon and I'll have a nice woosh. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

28th - well, this is harder work than I'd anticipated. I was fractionally less yesterday but I suppose I should be pleased at the 2lbs - it just felt like I'd tried harder, exercise and food wise
That's what stinks about this whole process Rosinante. With just about everything else in life you put a certain effort in and you expect an exact return. Our bodies don't work like how we expect them too and our brains get so frustrated with that. Why so many people can't stay on track and end up giving up over and over again. I've been guilty of that half my life.
I can only hope that by the time I get down into the lesser 100's that the momentum of coming so far will help me push thru the disappointment thru the weeks where the scale doesn't give me the reward I feel like I deserve for all my hard work.
You're doing awesome and I think you've got that Eight by Easter in the bag.

* I've been really sick all weekend. Can't eat, and I've been dehydrated so I'm assuming this is mostly water weight. I hope to be legitimately 245-246 by next weigh in.
