So, I've been away from 3FC since before Christmas but I need the support! I am currently at 206.2. That is up 4.2 since Tuesday but TOM and the fact that I was coming off a fast makes it impossible to know what will happen over the next few days. I start the military diet this morning.....getting a late start with breakfast!
It's been AT LEAST 15 years since I've been this close to ONEderland and I am thrilled to be here but dying to see that 1 on the scale! |

Down to 214.8, had some health issues so I haven't been on track, was hoping to be 210 by Mother's Day but I will probably be having surgery Tuesday so for now I'm just glad I'm not gaining.

Hi all, started at 230 now at 204. I still feel like my mind hasn't accepted how much I have lost. Can't figure out why I am not more excited. Maybe hitting wonderland will help 😊. Have a great day everyone!

I'm up to 210.2 this morning! UGH!!! I knew that I would go up coming off the fast but I was hoping for less than I've see. 8.2 pounds so far! Oh well, I hope I see a drop soon!

Up to 203 (ish) My scales are playing up, I started at 202 went down as low as 198 and up as far as 204.6 in the space of a few minutes! As I didn't eat too well yesterday as I was out at a boat show during the day, with the only food available being hotdogs/hamburgers and cakes and went to family birthday party (buffet) in the evening, I expected to have gained and I am optimistically claiming 203 :)

212.0 This morning but that's down from 212.4 yesterday. I'm so sore from getting back into the gym that I am hoping that's what's going on with some of the weight gain this week. After almost a month of only cardio and no weight training, I am hurting!
