Thank you for invite Rennie! I've been struggling the past few weeks, hit my lowest weight of 209.2 and now after nearly a week of binge eating I'm scared of the scale. Looking forward to making December a great month! Wishing us all a healthier and thinner month, let's do it!
Btw just adding I'm still without internet but I will check in at least once a week.

My goals for this month is to stay on track with my exercise and water. I struggle during the winter months with drinking enough water. Also to cut back on peanut butter lol. I eat wayyyyy to much of it.
I only weigh myself once a week, helps me not get discouraged & prevents me from obsessing about weight loss. So I'll use each day to note if I got exercise, ate well, drank plenty to stay hydrated, etc.
I NEED THIS!! I was here last summer, we moved & things just kinda crumbled. I did get good news on Nov. 20th...my blood pressure is down! It's a start!

I did so well with Thanksgiving dinner, but the "leftovers" days that followed did me in, so I ended up with no loss in November. Don't ya know I now had a whoosh and I'm starting December a bit lower than I ended November. I'm still aiming for 190.
Thank you so much once again love2b150 for getting this thread started. It has made a huge difference for me in being accountable and keeping track. You're awesome!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut butter. But I have kept it under control, eating it only on one toast at breakfast, every single day. Get the urge taken care of.
Here's to great results for everyone by the end of 2015! I just want to say goodbye to the 230s once and for all. Started the month off right with a cardio workout. But I will indulge daily in a single chocolate from my homemade advent calendar. That is sacred. I'll workout more to offset the sugar intake.
Not a great number, but not as heavy as I was about a year ago. I'll take it.
Plan for 12/01: Visit Mom at the ranch, eat healthy, drink plenty H2O, go for a walk along the Feather River take some nature pictures & try to live a clean day today!
It's a rainy and cloudy day here today, but it's better than having snow lol.
MrsTryingAgain I usually only weigh myself once a week as well, but last week I weighed twice just to see the damage from Thanksgiving lol.

Wannabehealthy on the loss. Keep up the good work. I'm so glad that I didn't have leftovers at my house lol. I go to my parents for holiday dinners and I refused to bring myself any food home
Martine Sounds as though you have a great plan and I know you'll do well. I may have to try the peanut butter on toast. I do try to stay away from bread, but I think I will try to incorporate it back into my routine. I love putting the peanut butter in my overnight oats, it's so yummy
