My month of "just trying to survive life" cost me 4 lbs. I'm starting September 4 lbs higher than I started August. My depression is (at the moment) better. My stress level is (at the moment) better. Things are a long way from good, but I've crawled out of my hole. Ready to refocus.

I'm in and am hoping for 15 pounds this month. I aimed for 20 last month and fell a bit short but still had a good loss!

Congratulations to all of the LOSERS, MAINTAINERS ... you did great :high: and the GAINERS like me ... we are doing well because we are still here (in my case most of the time ;)) I ended August with a 3.9lb gain. So far today I have had a pretty on point day. I am so hoping to keep it up. :crossed: |
