Default Losing before and after 40

For those of you who have lost weight before and after age 40 -- is there a difference?

Maybe 40 isn't the right number, maybe it's 35, maybe it's 45 … I'm just talking about that point where the weight loss and your body shape from it is not the same as when you were younger.

It's been years since I lost a lot of weight and although I know how my body reacted when I was younger, I'm curious about what will happen now. I know there's no way to find out until I do it.

But still -- was weight loss different for you at any point? How?

Yes, only mine was after 6OK, so compared to at 63 from before 50 I hate it, but this time the skin didn't pop back-It's saggy this time. And I lost better from my thighs than my waist or hips-It was exact opposite in the past. Have no idea how it will end. Last big lost when skin didn't sag was 72 pounds- so far for me now it's 111 pounds, but I have another 58 to go. I'm trying to make peace with it. Take a cue and lose it and keep it off now while you have a chance to look good when you do. For me I have to be content with good health.
