Since I'm new to being back on plan, husband and I stayed in. He would have gone out if I had wanted to, but didn't mind watching at home. We are not big football fans, so it would have just been a social call and feeding frenzy.

I did a Flywheel (spin) class at 9 am and then had a facial. Stayed on plan all day and am feeling great! Hope things went well for you guys <3

I dont watch sports on t.v so I didnt have to fight temptation with all of the superbowl foods

I did okay, my family had a gathering and I really don't care about football. I did have a small bowl of nachos and 2 bourbon and diet soda- still was on plan. I deifnitely did better than last year.
