Starting the month at a MUCH better place than I anticipated! I got down to 235.0 last Wednesday, which is when all of my families' Thanksgiving festivities begin. I didn't go hog wild at any of the dinners OR at home, with leftovers. I spent the rest of the week/weekend bouncing between 235.4 and 237.0.
So, I am starting this month at 236.0 and I'm hoping to start the new year in the 220's! I have A LOT of Christmas parties/get togethers this month so I hope I can do it!

So I almost didn't do this for December. I only lost 3.4 for November, very depressing. I really watched what I ate in Disney and walked almost 50 miles. And I am sick AGAIN, this time it's in my chest. 3rd time in not even 2 months. I tend to not eat a lot when sick and I know that messes with things but I am just hoping for a good loss this month, hoping to be out of the teens and as close to Onderland as possible!

November and December are not great months for weight loss, with the bajillion and one holiday events. Gonna shoot for 6 pounds of loss this month, but be super happy with no gain.
I was down to 219, but I was all over the place last week with the holidays and I did not do a good job with eating or exercising. So now, trying to get back to clean eating and cooking my own meals, and adding exercise back into my day. I would really like to be back to 219 by the weekend.

I didn't weigh in as often as I would like to have done in November. I didn't do too bad though. I got the flu virus the day before Thanksgiving so things didn't go as normal for the holidays and the children were disappointed. My daughter did her best at her first Thanksgiving dinner using my recipes with her mother in laws help but our other kids said it just wasn't the same. I'll have to make it up to them all another time.
I had a loss of 4.8lbs for November but I do believe it's due to being sick, though I do hope it sticks I also had a nice drop from yesterday down 2.4lbs to 152.8. (a new low) again I hope it sticks so I can actually see 150 by the end of the year. Ha the 140's would be a great gift
In May 2015 it will be 5 years for me ... trying to get to 150lbs
Jenni good job on the 3.4lbs GONE I'm glad you're here For me I loss a lot in the beginning and even at the beginning of each restart then it slowed down. So don't leave you're doing very well.
We are just flying through 2014! I havent posted nearly as much as I should, or as I want to - however I do believe I posted every month multiple times! I have been tracking my weight fairly well..overall I've maintained, which on the plus side means no gain for 2014, but I have a lot to lose so I need to get in gear and be consistent!
Rennie, hope you're feeling better! I know that was a bummer for you and the kids to be down and out, but I'm sure they were able to easily see how much your presence and love and efforts truly make the holidays. That alone is something I'm sure they reflected on, even if they never admitted it Congrats on another new low!!! That's fantastic!

Mandy, you're doing awesome!! Those are great losses!
jen, hoping you feel better soon! Chest pains and infections can really get a person down and out for a while. Even when I start feeling better, I can never jump back into cardio immediately b/c my lungs just arent ready to be worked that hard. Good luck and hope you're back to 100% soon!
