I'm just moving into this thread! I was here at the beginning of the year and I got discourage because of a stall in weight loss. I just quit, like an idiot, and gained back almost 30 of my 58 lbs lost. I started back on 10/14 at 253.4 and weighed in this morning at 239.4
I have a girls weekend planned from next Thursday through next Saturday. And then I have 3 Thanksgiving dinners the next week.
So, the plan is to stay at it, big time for the next week and then enjoy all the things I have planned without going overboard!
Here's to hoping I come out on top at the end of the month!
