thats right i'm back on the pills. i know i know ephedra is dangerous and i know it could kill me lucky i'm a fatalist. but i was really tired and run down and just happend to find some xenadrine in the cupboard so i took some just as a bit of a pick me up. and i might as well used them up can't have them wasting in the cupboard can i. so i'm absolutly buzzing at the moment. gonna go running again try and burn off some of this stuff
