argh up a couple pounds since starting new exercise program, sore all over... so im guessin its just from that :( ive been spot on with everything

Saw good numbers on the scales this morning, don't weigh in til monday.

Alsten I read somewhere you hold water in muscles that are repairing, so it will be that!

After Gaining around 27 pounds over the summer I am proud to say I have caught back up with my ticker :) So with that said, get me OUT of the 240s :)

UGH!!! After a very busy week with late suppers, not near enough water, no exercise and not a lot of meal planning....not to mention the fast food that I ate 2 times yesterday because of the UT Vols football game I went to (GBO!!! 60-15 over UK Wildcats!!)......I am still FIRMLY in the 240s! UGH! 242.3 this morning. Got to get back on it!!!

Down 2.5 this week to 245.5. Darn that holiday I feel like I've been in the 240s forever!

This week i should get to my first mini goal, really excited to see those numbers.

Still holding on the the 240's with all my might. Sickening after starting the month off so strong and having gotten into the 230's but bouncing right back. UGH!!!!

I've decided not to get on the scales til Monday - I'm sick of weighing less during the week only to see more on Mondays! So my goal this week is to be on plan 7 days and what will be will be :)

Yesterday I struggled but managed to sqeak in under calories - I have a higher calorie day today so should be fine, although I can't decide on what to have for dinner. Geez I'm going to struggle to not weigh myself, but I really need to not make it about the numbers right now.

MissLoud, I got like that at one point.....a year and a half ago.....when I was on a diet. I made my husband hide the scales from me. Stupid in one way but that was the only way I wouldn't weigh!

240.2 this am!

I know! I'm struggling with the whole not weighing!! Its silly I know, I think I will get to my goal this week though, exciting! If I don't I think I'll throw a tantrum lol!!

UGH!! 240.0 this morning! I got into the 30's a couple of weeks (or so) ago. I didn't move into the next thread because I wanted it to stick for about 3 days first. Well, this time I might just go ahead and move one when I see a weight in the 30's! I need something to celebrate!
